Your booking becomes binding with a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
Cancellation conditions
Should you be unable to travel, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation conditions over Christmas, New Year and Carnival
Up to 31 days before the start of your stay: no cancellation fee.
30 to 14 days before the start of your time with us: deposit retained as a cancellation fee; from 13 days before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
Non‑refundable rate
The non-refundable rate guarantees the best available offer but is subject to special conditions:
Once the booking has been completed: the full amount will be charged immediately to the credit card provided.
In the event of cancellation, changes or a no-show: no refund will be given, either in full or in part. The booking cannot be changed (arrival or departure date, room type) unless expressly agreed with the accommodation.
