All prices shown are per suite and night, based on occupancy by two people. Depending on the category, additional guests may stay for a surcharge.

Local tax

The local tourist tax is €3.80 per person per night and is charged in addition to the accommodation price. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Payment options

You can settle your bill in cash (up to the legally permitted maximum), by debit card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Breakfast

If you choose to book your stay without breakfast, we offer a €25 reduction per person per day.

Deposit

Your booking becomes binding with a deposit of 30% of the total stay.

Cancel­lation conditions

Should you be unable to travel, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: deposit retained (30% of the total stay)
• From 6 days before arrival, in the event of a no-show or early departure: full booking amount charged

Cancellation conditions over Christmas, New Year and Carnival

Up to 31 days before the start of your stay: no cancellation fee.
 
30 to 14 days before the start of your time with us: deposit retained as a cancellation fee; from 13 days before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged.
 
In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
 

Non‑refundable rate

The non-refundable rate guarantees the best available offer but is subject to special conditions:
 
Once the booking has been completed: the full amount will be charged immediately to the credit card provided.
 
In the event of cancellation, changes or a no-show: no refund will be given, either in full or in part. The booking cannot be changed (arrival or departure date, room type) unless expressly agreed with the accommodation.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of cancellation or an unexpected change to your travel plans.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence. This allows us to offer all our guests a peaceful and allergy-friendly environment.

Guests travelling with a guide dog or assistance dog are kindly asked to inform us of the dog’s presence when making their booking or, if possible, at least one week before arrival. You are also welcome to provide any relevant documentation confirming the dog’s status as an assistance dog. This information allows us to prepare appropriately for your stay and inform our other guests in advance. The advance notification is solely for organisational purposes and is not a prerequisite for the guide dog to enter or stay at our property.

Non-smoking establishment

Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor areas. Thank you for your understanding.
